Yoga
We blend full-body flow (vinyasa) with a balance of strengthening, flexibility, and rejuvenation. Several styles of yoga, mindfulness, and other mind-body practices are combined into unique combinations and synchronized with the breath.
Let It Be Messy
An entirely unique experience combining movement, paint, coaching, and the long-lost feeling of play. This can’t be explained, it must be experienced.
Massage
Every session with Fidel is personally tailored to you in the moment. It's not a cookie-cutter massage, but a bodywork experience that gets results and creates the space to manifest the way you want to feel.
Coaching
For over 15 years I've been helping others create a life of ease, impact, and freedom. My broad background has allowed me to help thousands of clients worldwide tap into their spark, overcome fears, reclaim their lives, and set aligned actions, thus enabling the personal transformation from surviving to thriving.
Get Sh*t Done
Rooted in the science of meditation, setting intentions, and body doubling, these sessions allow us to join forces to stay focused, accomplish goals, and share joy (and sometimes snacks!) in successful productivity.
Sound baths
In this busy world, it's essential to find moments of peace and relaxation, and this combination of sound bath, yoga, and meditative experience with reiki healing offers just that. It's like a massage for the brain and soul. We guide you through gentle movements to unwind the body and mind for a restorative experience.
Dance
