Jaden is a Colorado native who has been teaching yoga for seven years in several different states. When she’s off the mat she’s making music, painting, lifting weights, and hanging out with her dog, Ranger. When it comes to yoga, her mantra is to keep it real and honest.

She loves building a bridge for beginners and believes that the world needs more yoga. In her class, you can expect a slow integration and surrender with lots of challenge and fun in the middle.

She has experience teaching power, yin, and rocket yoga, and loves a good mash-up of the three. She believes yoga is about community, and making connections-  not only with others, but also yourself.
